"12 Week Wellness and Weight Loss Program" Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to be energized all day, to lose weight and keep it off, and to maintain balanced health?
Our Special Garden has designed a program to aid you in your quest for health and weight loss, that will encourage and empower you.
Packages to help you with your health, fitness and weight loss goals will include:
Weight Loss and Nutritional Counseling, Personal Training/Exercise Classes, Life Coaching, Fitness and Wellness Assessments and of course the support and encouragement you need along your travel to health and weight loss.

"Fuel Up For Health" - Learn why proper "fuel" (nutrition) is needed for natural healing, and why natural healing is necessary for health. Define total health and real food, and discuss the role water, rest, exercise, air and sunshine play in our quest for health.

"Spice IT UP" - Healing herbs have given gentle ait to aches and pains, promoted health and fended off disease for five thousand years. This course will define the historical use of herbs and spices, track their history and define and explore the folklore. Discuss and understand the uses of those culinary herbs in your spice rack as they can be applied to nutritional and physical healing.

Classes can be held in the comfort of your own home, in my office (attendance limited to 6 students) or at your place of employment.
If travel is unavailable, there are distance learning opportunities available also.
Classes last for one hour*, meeting once a week for 4 consecutive weeks.
